clickdensity uses the same data tracking technologies that web analytics packages have used for many years. It's just what we do with it that's different.

Sign up

When you sign up to clickdensity, you are provided with a very small portion of javascript code, about five lines long.

Paste in the code

As with other web analytics packages, you then paste this into the HTML for your website. You don't need any javascript or HTML knowledge, and full instructions are provided.

Start recording

When a visitor then accesses your website, a small additional javascript file is automatically downloaded from the clickdensity server - this usually only happens once for their entire visit, and has no effect on their browsing experience.

View the results

This code then invisibly communicates all clicks that the user makes with the clickdensity server, which stores the data. You can then log in to the clickdensity system at any point to view reports on this data.

We do not record any sensitive or personal data.
